Tottenham to Sign Mohammed Kudus in £55m Deal from West Ham

Ghana Black Stars and West Ham United player Mohammed Kudus is set to complete a move from West Ham to Tottenham. There is an agreement in place between these two clubs, and the deal will be around £55 million ($75m).

David Ornstein reported that Mohammed Kudus has been a target for Tottenham ever since their new manager took over the coaching job. According to David’s report, the 24-year-old Ghanaian is scheduled to have a medical at his new club on Thursday ahead of signing a six-year deal.

Tottenham’s new manager, Thomas Frank, is currently working on strengthening his squad for the new challenge ahead or before their preseason fixtures start.

Thomas Frank’s new club has been working hard to get their man. A Premier League and Champions League victory bonus has been inserted into Kudus’ contract in order to get it over the line, according to reports. That negotiation, coupled with a hefty £55m transfer fee, has allowed the north London club to pin down the versatile attacking midfielder days before the start of pre-season.

The Athletic claim Kudus might not necessarily have been Frank’s first choice, but he will welcome the transfer because he loves players who are versatile. The Ghanaian can play on the wings or as a No.10.
