Tottenham forward Brendan Johnson lauds Mohammed Kudus’ impact

Brennan Johnson, a forward for Tottenham Hotspur, has commended Mohammed Kudus’s attributes since joining the team.

Earlier this summer, the Ghanaian international moved from West Ham United to the North London club. Kudus has already hit the ground running by impressing in the pre-season games.

“I’ve been really impressed with him since he came in. Really nice guy as well,” Johnson said in an interview with football reporter Alasdair Gold.

“Last season, there were quite a few games where I don’t think we even had 11 first-team players,” Johnson admitted.

“Getting as much quality as we can is important, and it is what we need because we are in the Champions League and want to go far in all competitions.”

He added that, “It wasn’t just a one-off thing. We want to be in the Champions League every year. We need the quality and depth in the squad.

“We are getting there. Hopefully, we can stay fit this season, and it will give us the best chance to compete in all competitions.”
