Charles Ogunmilade, a 28-year-old recruitment consultant and Arsenal fan, was fined £260 for making a hateful racist comment about Thomas Partey, a midfielder for the Gunners.

A 3-3 tie between Arsenal and Southampton on April 21, 2023, resulted in the unsettling occurrence. Ogunmilade referred to Thomas Partey as a “dirty black c–t” on social media following the Ghanaian international’s shot that went over the crossbar.

Many people were outraged by Ogunmilade’s bigoted post and demanded that he be held responsible for his conduct. When the matter went to trial, Ogunmilade maintained that, in spite of his heinous actions, he is not a racist.

Since then, the court has fined Ogunmilade £260 for his infraction; many believe this is an excessively light punishment given the seriousness of his acts.

More good news: Arsenal crushed Nottingham Forest 3-0 over the weekend, and Partey was on the scoresheet.

The Gunners are hope Partey stays healthy and contributes to his team’s success this season.

Since joining Arsenal in 2020, Partey, 31, has been a vital member of the team.

Arsenal will be looking to build on their recent win over Nottingham Forest as they aim to climb up the Premier League table.

With Partey in top form, the Gunners will be hoping to finish on a high this season.

Thomas Partey, an Arsenal midfielder, has returned to the Black Stars, which has greatly benefited his country’s preparation for the June 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying matches.

The Ghanaian Black Stars will face Mali and the Central African Republic in two crucial FIFA World Cup qualifying matches early next month.

Ghana is now fourth in the Group I standings and needs points to go back on track in the qualification process after one win and one loss in the first two games.

Fortunately, Thomas Partey, one of the big guns who have been missing in action for the Black Stars has made a return to the national team.

The midfielder boasts of seven goals in eight FIFA World Cup qualification matches.

Thomas Partey Arrives In Ghana For the AFCON 2023 qualifiers against Madagascar

Thomas Partey, a midfielder for Arsenal, has landed in Ghana ahead of Ghana’s last 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying match against Madagascar.

The 30-year-old has arrived in the country of West Africa to start getting ready for the match on June 18 in Antananarivo.

Due to his tardy arrival, Partey was unable to participate in the team’s first practice at the Accra Sports Stadium. He will, however, rejoin his teammates at the same location on Tuesday.

Coach Chris Hougton has a full house as he ramps up preparations for the game that has to be won thanks to the arrival of the former Atletico Madrid star.

The Black Stars will be based and train in Accra under the direction of coach Chris Hughton before leaving for Madagascar on June 16th.

However, injuries have caused some alterations in the squad. Inaki Williams of Athletic Bilbao has withdrawn from the team, while Ransford-Yeboah Königsdörffer of SV Hamburg has been called up in his stead.
